1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the se789 website accessible at https://se789.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimized views, and any associated applications.
• "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to se789, the internationally operated entity that owns and operates the Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins equivalent credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a qualifying amount before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process that se789 requires all Players to complete before withdrawals may be processed.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which Accounts are denominated on the Platform.
• "Business Day" means any day Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian national public holidays, between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7).
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is legally restricted or from which se789 expressly does not accept registrations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the Platform, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent checkbox during the registration process, or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the se789 Privacy Policy and the se789 Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting customer support.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any bet on the Platform. se789 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with the Company's Responsible Gaming commitments. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all bets placed will be voided, and any Balance will be returned to the payment method used for deposit after deducting applicable transaction fees.

3.2 Residency

The Platform is operated for and directed at players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are a current resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You may not register an Account on behalf of another person, corporation, trust, or any other legal entity.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected, se789 reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered Account, void any bets placed from duplicate Accounts, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. se789 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.2 Username and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify se789 customer support immediately.

4.3 KYC Verification

se789 operates a mandatory KYC process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Before processing any withdrawal, the Company requires each Player to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bank account or e-wallet showing the account holder's name).

se789 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is complete. The Company reserves the right to close any Account where satisfactory KYC documentation cannot be provided within 30 days of the request.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting se789 customer support. Any real-money Balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending investigations or disputes. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

se789 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and the following e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion fees are charged by se789; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single-deposit limit for verified Accounts; however, deposit limits may be set voluntarily by the Player through the Responsible Gaming tools available in the Account settings. Large deposits may be subject to additional verification under the Company's AML procedures.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by Players with fully KYC-verified Accounts before 20:00 WIB on a Business Day will be processed and dispatched to the nominated bank account or e-wallet the same Business Day. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on non-Business Days will be processed on the next Business Day. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. se789 does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee; standard bank clearing times apply once funds are dispatched.

5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

In accordance with AML best practice, se789 will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has been used for a deposit on the Account and that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets are strictly prohibited.

5.5 Currency and Transaction Records

All bet settlements, bonus credits, deposits, and withdrawals are recorded in IDR. Players may access a complete transaction history via their Account dashboard at any time. se789 retains transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with standard AML record-keeping obligations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spin credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by se789 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. By accepting any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Wagering Requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion; unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of that period and are forfeited automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

se789 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Player is exploiting the bonus system. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine play intent, or coordinating with other Players to systematically extract bonus value. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, the Company may close the Account and void all associated winnings.

6.4 VIP Program

se789 operates a five-tier VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite). Tier progression is determined exclusively by cumulative real-money wagering activity. The specific thresholds, benefits, and terms of the VIP program are published separately and may be updated by se789 from time to time with reasonable notice. VIP benefits are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted and binding once se789's systems have confirmed the transaction and a bet reference number has been issued. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that bet details — selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming placement. se789 is not liable for bets placed incorrectly by the Player.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds that apply to any individual bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted by se789's system, as shown on the bet confirmation receipt. se789 offers a full range of markets including Asian handicap, Over/Under, 1X2 (three-way), and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) formats across all major football leagues including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League.

7.3 Void Bets

se789 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: an event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement window; a manifest pricing error is identified; the integrity of an event is reasonably brought into question; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account Balance.

7.4 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, FA, BRI Liga 1 organizing committee, World Badminton Federation). Where an official result is not available within the settlement window, se789 will use reputable third-party data providers. In the event of a dispute over settlement, the decision of se789's trading team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described in Clause 15.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in Account suspension, termination, voiding of bets and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such incidents must be reported to customer support immediately; failure to report constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Collusion with other Players in live casino games, poker, or any multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate financial crime in any form.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technique.
• Sharing Account credentials with, or allowing use of your Account by, any third party.
• Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward se789 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

se789 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers the following tools to help Players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they are automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Configurable pop-up reminders that display the duration and net result of the current session at regular intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked and cannot be reopened until the period has expired (except for permanent self-exclusion, which is irrevocable).

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of se789 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of se789, except as is necessarily incidental to your personal use of a standard web browser.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

se789 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (force majeure events). se789 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from Platform downtime, provided that scheduled maintenance windows are communicated to Players in advance where reasonably practicable.

11.2 Limitation of Financial Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, se789's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the Player's real-money Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arose. se789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

11.3 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that se789 cannot guarantee outcomes. You are solely responsible for all betting decisions made through your Account and for any financial consequences arising from those decisions. The Company strongly encourages all Players to set personal limits and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

12 Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by the se789 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. se789 does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third-party advertisers. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

se789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility criteria — se789 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, by email to the registered Account address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

The version of the Terms in effect at the date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page supersedes all previous versions. Archived versions of these Terms are available on request by contacting customer support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable laws and the internal operating policies of se789 as an internationally licensed operator. You acknowledge that the legal status of online gambling varies across jurisdictions and that it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

14.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact se789 customer support to seek an informal resolution. The majority of issues — including bet settlement disputes, payment queries, and account questions — are resolved at this stage within 24 hours (WIB).

14.3 Formal Complaints

If your issue is not resolved satisfactorily through informal channels, you may submit a formal written complaint to se789 via the contact email address below. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a substantive response issued within 14 Business Days of receipt. se789 will make every reasonable effort to resolve formal complaints fairly and transparently.

14.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
